Every onesie is crafted to be “one of a kind” ... Because we all know there are no two babies alike!
The story behind Baby Lux appliqued onesies and toddler tees…These gems start out as drawings in my sketch book then crafted into appliques with a mix of fun bright cotton fabrics (all art and sewing is completed by me and only me) Each design can be ordered again and again…until our stock of fabric runs out! Keep in mind I encourage custom orders and requests! The story behind our hand painted onesies and toddler tees… Baby Lux may create the same design twice maybe even a handful of times but we never use the exact same paint color palette and you may even notice slight (only slight) change in the design…each onesie is truly a piece of art. (these are NOT silk screens!) All hand painted items are crafted with non-toxic paints and are machine washable. I’ve tested many designs on my little dude- and if they can last as many washes he’s put them through- you’re in luck! (Please visit our care instructions section for full details.)
All Baby Lux Design onesies and toddler tee-shirts are 100% combed cotton, and all of our duds are pre-washed, pre-shrunk with “Free and Clear”, eco-friendly laundry detergent before shipping to assure you they are and true to size. Please review our Onesie “size chart” and feel free to contact us with any sizing questions you may have. All onesies are made on all white short sleeve onesies unless specified on product description. We do have long sleeve onesies available for order. We also have chocolate and black colored short sleeve baby onesies too!
About the Baby Lux “tagless” tags; Each custom dud is signed “Lux” by Tyler with a hand embroidered signature on a black and white houndstooth fabric, then sewn flat into the inside back neckline. These labels are soft against the babies skin and truly make each garment a piece of art! Being a mom, I know tags can be a worry, so I’ve carefully positioned the size tag into the “diaper line” of the onesie…so there is nothing to be itchy/scratchy on your babies soft skin!
