When the waves come you have to surf... It's just the ebb and flow of my creative path I suppose? I haven't set down the paint brushes in two weeks and I haven't sewn anything since the changing pad tutorial...but I'm not fussing I'm loving every minute of painting in my new space. (*Yes, there are big details to share with blog land, coming to you all very soon.) I posted this painting to my facebook... If you only knew what the canvas looked like when I started! I was invited to participate in another ART exchange by Michelle Allen of Close2MyArt. This year instead of solely doing Christmas ornaments Michelle opened the art swap up to any form or medium, the rules or rule I should say, were to hand make something you'd want to receive yourself. I procrastinated (again!)...I was so torn on what to make, at first I thought I'd sew something...but I couldn't seem to wrap my brain around anything specific that wouldn't be something everyone prolly already had.
